Many moons ago, when our children were much younger, mealtime chaos was a nightly routine around our dinner table. We knew something needed to change. We needed something that would quiet the noise and bring more meaning to family time around our table each evening.That’s when High / Low / TILT was born. We took turns sharing our high and low points of the day, along with one T.I.L.T., which stands for Thing I Learned Today. What started out as a desperate grasping for some way to tame the chaos, became a nightly family tradition everyone looked forward to each night and for many years to come.
